Order Tracking

  • A USPS tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped, USPS is responsible for delivery.

  • Once your order has been shipped and is in the care of USPS, Mañozzo is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Customers must contact USPS directly to resolve delivery issues.

Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We cannot refund or replace items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
