Material feels solid, construction is good, and they’ve got that slightly dressy vibe if you’re trying to look put together while still technically wearing shorts. So if you’re into the slim-fit, tailored look, these might be your jam.But for me? I like my summer shorts like I like my personal space—not restrictive. These ended up being more “fashion-forward” than “comfort-forward,” and comfort wins that battle every time.2 stars. Good quality, nice look… just not built for those of us who prefer airflow over a leg day fashion statement.

I was incredibly surprised with how wonderfully comfortable these shorts are. The fabric is very soft and the colors are bright. While I did buy these for my husband to wear, I tried them on and fell in love.The size medium should fit per the sizing chart: a very comfortable 30-32" and probably up to 34" that may feel a little snug. The shorts are rather form-fitted or "tailored" but with the stretchy fabric, they are super easy to move in and move with you. Unlike women's shorts, these have deep front pockets that you can actually put things in.These stretch shorts laundered well and came out of the wash in perfect condition without needing to be ironed. I did not note any shrinkage and the colors did not fade.Too bad they only have two colors available. I would certainly order some for myself!
